Dear Preschool Parents,
Welcome to the beginning of the school year for Emmanuel Lutheran Preschool! I hope that this upcoming school year will be a rich and rewarding one for all!
You will receive this newsletter in your child’s cubby at the beginning of each week. (You may also view it online at www.emmanueldearborn.org Scroll down to "Day School," and then select "Preschool."A monthly calendar will also be placed in the cubby to inform you of monthly themes, concepts and events. Please ask any preschool staff member if you have any questions.
Book order forms will be placed in cubbies this week. If you are interested in ordering, please return the book order form and the money (exact change only, please!) in an envelope by Friday, September 24. Checks should be made payable to Scholastic.
Some of you may receive a note in regard to a form(s) that is still needed for your child’s preschool file. It is very important that I receive all of the necessary information for your child. We must be in compliance wit the State of
Weekly Curriculum Highlights
v During Jesus Time, the children will learn about how God made the world and everything in it.
v Through different activities, the children will be introduced to their teachers and classmates.
v There will also be a school and church tour, so the children can become comfortable with the building.
